He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy, Lois and Bourne Garner (Buddy) of Lewes, DE; his children, Michael (Sharon), Joseph (Connie) of Brandywine, MD, Stephen (Lisa) of Dunkirk, MD, Jeffrey of Deale, MD, William III of Westover, MD, Wessmann (Julie) of Princess Anne, MD, Eldon W. Baldwin of Baltimore, MD and Amy Sweetman of Pasadena, CA; and also Stacey Lohnas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
