With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera J. Lowe of Westover, Maryland, who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Rose Twickler (Mike), Lark Miller of Fairmount, MD and Albert Lowe (Tammy) of Shelltown; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Russell, April, Nick, Tina, Becky and Albert; and her siblings, Duke Howard of Clinton, MD and Helen Luck of Damascus, MD.. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
