She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Watson and Delores Trempe Peoples. She is survived by: her husband Bruce C. Ramsay of Westover; her children, Jessica Ramsay Wilson (Drew) of Westover and Chad Peoples Ramsay (Sara) of Princess Anne; her siblings, Debbie Nowicki (Tony), Barry Peoples (Leanne), Patty Peoples (Tom), Tim Peoples, Pam Moxley (Charlie) and Cathy Placek; and her grandchildren, Camden Ramsay, Callie Ramsay, Crew Ramsay, Wyatt Wilson and Connor Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Holly Grove Christian School, 7317 Mennonite Church Road, Westover, MD 21871; or to a charity of your choice.
