He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Dyche Blair and Gertrude Anderson Blair; his wife Faye Louise Blair; his son Donald Ray Blair; and his daughter-in-law Delores Blair.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Compton (Steve) of Roanoke, VA, Ronald J. Blair (Teresa) of Glen Burnie, MD, Scott Blair (Diane) of Westover and Irvin Dyche Blair, Jr. of Westover; his brother Billy Burton Blair of Church Hill, TN; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Blair of Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
