She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Crockett and Stella Parks Crockett; her former husband William R. Pruitt; her husband Clarence Adkins; and her children, Deborah Pruitt Cusimano, Raymond Pruitt and Darlene Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Pruitt, Diana Parks (Matt) and Donna Milliner; her daughter-in-law Carol Pruitt; and her close friend Shannon Eskridge Brimer. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
