We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2021, at the age of 96, Charlotte E. J. Reid Rolley of Westover, Maryland, born in Stockton, Maryland passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Reid and Anna L. Barkley Reid; and her husband Thomas J. Rolley. She is survived by: her children, Charlene O'Bryant (Wilbert), Thomas Rolley (Brenda), Terry Rolley (Theresa) and David Rolley (Rishirio). She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
