He is survived by: his family Santa; his sons, Gary Howard of Frankford, Charles "Woody" Howard Jr. (Joyce) of Revell's Neck, Fred Howard of Revell's Neck and Ronnie Howard (Laney) of Revell's Neck; his siblings, Melvin Howard, George Howard, Sarah Richardson and Anna Howard; his grandchildren, Katie Howard, Alexis Howard, Cole Howard and Jacob Howard; his great grandchildren, Ayden Howard and Alden Wright; and his pets, Precious and Snow.
