She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weldon and Iva Mae Tyler Matthews; and her husband Evan Lee Creasy. She is survived by: her children, Evan Lee Creasy, Jr. (Sharon) of Westover and Suzanne Tyler (Thurman) of Marion; her grandsons, Thurman Travis "Trey" Tyler, III (Kim) and Michael Alexander Tyler (Ashley); her stepgrandchildren, Joshua Croxton and Lesa Croxton; and her great grandchildren, Kaylin Tyler, Reagan Tyler and Natalie Causey.
