He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeney Yakupczyk and Julia Yakupczyk (Kosloski); his wife Marie Anne Jacobs (Schiller); his daughter Andrea M. Dugan; and his son-in-law William E. Dugan.
He is survived by: his son James Zeney Jacobs of Westminster; his grandchildren, Stephen J. Dugan (Stacie) of Fredericksburg, VA., Patrick Z. Jacobs of Baltimore, Collin A. Jacobs of Westminster and Dean W. Jacobs of Westminster; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Brody and Asher.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's, and or to the Wounded Warrior Project all of which were important to Pop.
