He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stonesifer and Cleva Taylor Stonesifer; his wife Audrey Fogle Stonesifer; and his brother Clarence "Tommy" Phillips of Taneytown. He is survived by: his children, Doreen Capece of Westminster, Denise Stonesifer of Reisterstown and William H. Stonesifer, Jr. of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Cara Capece and Daniel Capece.
