He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick John Reese and Margaret Honora Reese; his siblings, Jack Reese and Margaret Moats; and his daughter-in-law Linda Reese.
He is survived by: his spouse Claire Reese; his children, Jim Reese (Sara) of California, Karen Benham (Jim) of Pennsylvania, Ed Reese (Linda) of Olney, Tom Reese of Brooklyn Park, Donna Nance (Terry) of Minnesota, Andy Reese (Greg) of Washington, DC, Joe Reese (Wendi) of Ijamsville and Mary Wojtkowiak (Greg) of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Helen Reese. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers. Instead, donations may be made in Bill's name to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Road, Westminster, MD 21157.
