He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Kaiser; and his grandson Andy Botterill. He is survived by: his parent Gladys Kaiser (Atkins); his spouse JoAnn M. Kaiser (Coleianne); his daughters, Michelle M. (Patrick McGregor), Joan M. (Bruce L'Ecuyer) and Linda M. (Gary Frease); and his sisters, Beverly Woerner of Westminster and Karen Kaiser. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to Northwest Baptist Church towards the children's ministries, 300 Westminster Rd., Reisterstown MD 21136.
