He is survived by: his children, Carolyn E. Pennington (Frank) of Mt. Airy, MD and Kevin L. Evans of Mt. Airy, MD; his stepchildren, Gail Mansell of Ocean City, MD and Gina Rauch; and his daughter-in-law Lucy Calvert of Plant City, FL.
