He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Festerman (Robbie) of Berkeley Springs, WV, William Jr. Coxton (Nicole) of Westminster, MD and Jonathan Coxton (Kayla) of Falling Waters, WV; his grandchildren, Clarissa Steele, Hope Steele, Austin Smith, Aydon Coxton, Jasmine Coxton, Allie Smith, Orion Bain, Nicholas Coxton, Kayla Ohmann, David Festerman, Chris Festerman and Jada Wise; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Georgia, Gracelyn, Cameron and Lainey; and his siblings, Arvil Coxton (Sharon), John L Coxton (Sandy), Darrell Coxton, Judy Hatfield, Joe Coxton, Tina Dye, Nola Whitt, Lilly Whitt and Johnny Whitt.
