It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carl Barnhart of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Francis Haley Barnhart and Harry Andrew Barnhart; and his siblings, Clarence Barnhart, Mable Barnes, Betty Parry and Roland Barnhart.
He is survived by: his spouse Tressa Irene Barnhart; his daughters, Yvonne Breighner (Brian) of Abbottstown, PA and Yvette Andrew (Edward William Andrew, Jr.) of Taneytown; and his grandchildren, Brad Andrew (Kristen), Brittney Dietz (Josh) and Bethany Breighner. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
