He was predeceased by: his parents, Enid Marie Yandik Baecker and John Arnold Baecker; and his brother Walter "Wally" Baecker. He is survived by: his brothers, James Baecker (Anna Shaw Baecker) of Boston, MA and George Baecker (Patricia Bailey Baecker) of Roslyn Heights, NY; his former wife Theresa Caracciola; his wife Nancy Marshall Baecker; his son John Baecker (Westminster); and his brother Eagle Scouts. He is also survived by his wife, their son, two of his brothers, and many nieces, nephews.
Bill worked in this field until COVID hit in 2020.
