It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Webster Jones Taylor Jr. of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Jones Taylor, Sr. and Ruth Culver Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Marlene K. Taylor; his daughters, Charlotte Jean Taylor Payne (Bruce), Ruth Gardner (Bill) and Mary E. Winkler (Ray); his brother Bill M. Taylor (JoAnn); and his grandchildren, Jessica Rothfolk, Jacob Gorham, Julie Shaon, Melanie Heckman and Will Gardner. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
