He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Toporzycki (Rickle) and John V. Toporzycki, Sr. (Walter); his brothers, Bernard Toporzycki and John Toporzycki, Jr.; and his nephew Bryan Selby.
He is survived by: his sister Marie Selby-Bozant of Texas; his half-brother Robert Toporzycki of Baltimore; his niece Jennifer; his goddaughter Barb Stone of Hampstead; and his close friends, Tony Sharkey, Bobby, Kevin Frock, Mike Hall, Kyle Pritts, Neal Boyle, Terry McNamara, Dave Coppersmith, Duck and Cooke.
