She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaven E. Metcalfe and Mary Metcalfe (Glisan); her husband William Grant Hook; her siblings, Charles R. Metcalfe, Mary E. "Betty" Zepp and Frances M. Lowman; her nephews, Byron Lowman, James Metcalfe and Truman Zepp; and her niece Kitty Metcalfe.
She is survived by: her close friends, John and Jeanne Sussman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; many loving great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews.
