She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Gibson and Elvira Gibson; her husband Louis Carroll "Turtle" Brown; her siblings, Frank Magruder, Althea Butler (Chello), Carol Costley (Francine), Elvira Graham (Jeannie), William Gibson (Billy) and Paula Williams; her granddaughter Ashley Chase; her great grandchildren, Blaine Brown, Louis C. Brown II and Larry Brown Sr.; her children-in-law, Tanya Heath-Brown and James Bowman; and also Effie Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Gibson, Charles Biggus, Anita Biggus, Credella Bowman, Helen Brown and Cherie Brown; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Brown; her grandchildren, Natalie Dulin (Darrell Dulin), Tony Chase, Jaxon Biggus, Terrance Crampton, Torres Snowden, Larry Brown Jr., Blair Brown, Blaine Brown Jr., Kenny Teeter, Steven Teeter (Nandi Teeter), Marcus Brown, Maurice Williams and L'raine Peterson; her sibling Sandy Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, E. Elvira Magruder and Dwight Williams (Goat).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
