He is survived by: his mother Betty Tasker Bizzarri; his wife Wendy Walters Bizzarri; his sons, Michael Angles (Meagan) of Pikesville, Vincent E. Bizzarri, Jr. of Westminster and Nicholas A. Bizzarri of Westminster; his grandchild Pierce Angles; and his siblings, Anthony Bizzarri (Diane) and Michele Heim (Michael). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
