She was predeceased by: her husband James Douglas Johnson; her father Nelson Leroy Warfield; her children, Eric Shelby Johnson and Tisha Lynn Warfield Louis; her siblings, Gregory Warfield, Larry Warfield of Westminster and Brenda Dorsey; and her brothers-in-law, James Dorsey and Raymond Marion.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nelson Warfield (Joyce) of Frederick, Delaney Warfield (Pearlie Mae) of Jamaica Plains, MA, Kevin Warfield of Gaithersburg, Jackie Costley (Philmore) of Sykesville, Sherry Warfield of Westminster, Carmen Warfield, Sheree Bell Smith (Wayne) of Taneytown and Gail Warfield of Taneytown; her sister-in-law Rose Pena Warfield; her grandchildren, Caleb Klein, Miracle Louis, Andrew Louis and Jacob Leppo; and her friends, Jay Patterson, Rachel Hess, Wayne Cook and Howard Walayat. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and extended family and loving friends.
