He was predeceased by: his parents, George Joseph Robbins and Bettye Robbins (Smith) of Columbia, MD.; and his sister Theresa Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Lisa M. Robbins; his children, Jason (Lindsey) of Woodbine, Robert of Baltimore, Kristen (Mike) of Pennsylvania and Dillon (Deanna) of Hampstead; and his brothers, Charles Robbins (Nancy) of Pasadena, Joseph Robbins (Sharon) of Pasadena and Stephen Robbins (Tracy) of Columbia.
