It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Handy of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parent Serina; and his fiancée Summer Altman. He is also survived by mother, three brothers, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
