It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Richard O'Farrell Jr. of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Senator Tom Sr.; his son T. R. O'Farrell III; his sister Rosalie Brenneman; his nephew Billy Friese; his brothers-in-law, Scott Ricketts, Phil Jones, Nelson Brenneman and Ricky Farver; and also Gertrude.
He is survived by: his wife Becky (Sweet Pea); his son Sam (Annakarina Rincon); his grandson Kieran O'Farrell; his daughter-in-law Laurarose Dunn-O'Farrell; his sisters, Pat Friese (Bill), Sharon Jones, Byrdie Ricketts and Kate Brauning (Gary); and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Harrison (Billy) and Jennifer Miller (Brian Brown).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. John Catholic Church (43 Monroe St, Westminster, MD 21157). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dove House, St. John Life Teen, or Troop 420.
