He is survived by: his wife Carole Masters; his children, Christine Spangler, Tommy Spangler (Lisa) and Michael Spangler (Lisa); his stepdaughter Amy Masters Harich (Jamie); his grandchildren, Haley Spangler, Heather Spangler, Cameron Spangler, Michael Spangler, Nicholas Spangler, Layne Harich and James Harich; his siblings, Bette Hurt (Gary) and Jim Spangler (Joyce); his sister-in-law Pat Spangler; and his former wife Cameron Spangler (Suz).
