He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel A. Doney II; and his brother Samuel A. Doney III. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen "Rusty" Smith; his daughters, Jamie Doney of Baltimore and Jennifer Doney of Westminster; his grandchildren, Jasmine Marie Doney, Jayden M. Jenkins and Justin M. Jenkins; his nieces, Cynthia S. Nix and Joanne E. Santiago; and his aunt Patricia May Bearden.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
