He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Magruder and Sarah B. Magruder (Costley); his wife Carolyn Magruder; and his siblings, Deloris, Peggy, Jerry, Allen, Janet, Robert and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Frisby (Judy) of Taneytown, Theresa Stanton (Charles "Skip") of Frederick, Thomas Magruder, Jr. of Hanover, PA, Janet Magruder Freeman (Rodney) of Reisterstown, Veronica Magruder of Owings Mills, Lamont "Chris" Magruder of Westminster and Felicia Perry (Nathan) of LaPlata; and his siblings, John Magruder of Baltimore, Shirley Magruder of Westminster, Jeannie Harris of Frederick and Barbara Magruder of Baltimore. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID pandemic, Tommy's funeral will be livestreamed on January 31 at 11:00 am.
