He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Rita Cool (Wetzel); and his brother Ronnie Cool. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Cool (Spielman); his daughters, April Wilson of Myrtle Beach, SC and Crystal Aldridge (Adam) of Westminster; his siblings, Linda Weishaar of Emmitsburg, Cecelia "Sootie" Dillman (Dean) of Thurmont, Gary Cool (Pam) of Tucson, AZ, Jerry Cool of Emmitsburg and Deb Hurley of Thurmont; and his grandchildren, Austin, Lexi and Dylan. He is also survived by friends and family, especially his grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Terry's name to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
