He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Wynn Ward and James Robert Stover; his brother Ricky; and his pet Hellion. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Deneane Cox (Tim) of Dublin Virginia and Patty Gianzanti. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VA of Maryland, Carroll County Food Sunday or the ALS Association.
