He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley G. Parks, Jr. and Lillian Marie Edmondson Parks; and his wife Martha S. Parks. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Parks Tracey (Tom) of Westminster and Brenda Parks Middleton (John) of Westminster; his siblings, Albert Norman Parks of Westminster, Charles Ray Frock of Finksburg and Susan Denise Frock of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Alice (Matthew), John (Stacy), Erin (Clarence "Tripp"), Emily, Sarah and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, James, Josie and Kade.
