He was predeceased by: his wife Yolanda Groves (Tomarchio); his parents, Norman James Groves and Mary Irene Groves (Humphrey); his children, Donna Joy Groves and Todd Richard Groves; his grandson Michael Nathen Groves; and his siblings, Martin, Austin Groves and Adelaide Zepp.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley D. Groves, Jr. (Cathy) of Westminster, Timothy D. Groves (Debbie) of Eldersburg, Michael P. Groves (Karen) of North Carolina and Yolanda Cole (William) of Westminster. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Carroll Hospice & the American Heart Association.
