She is survived by: her husband Fred Botsford; her parents, Warren Dustin and Loretta Dustin; her daughter Madelynn Evans; her granddaughters, Briana and Nova; her siblings, Carol Markham, Britt Brengle and Michael Dustin (Jessica); her nieces and nephews, Krista Barber, Jessica Brengle, Mark and Christopher Brengle; and her pet Roscoe.
