It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Philip (Westminster, Maryland), born in Barre, Vermont, who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her friend Edward Zeigler; her daughter Carol Brzezinski; and her parents, John Philip and Gladys Philip.
