She was predeceased by: her parent Catherine Poole (Saylor); her spouse Herbert R. Shipley; her grandson Scott Shipley; her sister Virginia Bailey; and her son-in-law Donald Cober.
She is survived by: her parent Edward Poole; her children, Barbara S. Cober of Ellicott City, Raymond E. Shipley (Brenda K.) of Westminster and Joyce E. Sanders (Jeff) of Waynesboro, PA; and her siblings, Doris Leppo of Smallwood, Janet Lang of Westminster and Richard Poole (Grace) of Taneytown. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
