She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Grabowsky and Martha Grabowsky (Rue); and her brother George Grabowsky. She is survived by: her husband James F. Bard, Jr.; her children, Barbara J. Savage (Mark), Susan L. Widick, Mary-Jo Woods (Billy), Jeffery L. Eby (Sandra) and James W. Bard; and her sister-in-law Christiana Grabowsky. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
