It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Hinkel of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hinkel and Audrey Hinkel; and his sister Janice Stump. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hinkel; his daughter Holly Gibson (Wes); his grandchildren, Kassidy and Kamdyn; and his sister Sandi Hare. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
