He is survived by: his sons, Bill Stultz (Misty) of Taneytown, David Stultz (Stacey) of Westminster, Michael Stultz of Westminster and Thomas Stultz of Westminster; his former wife Tammy Stultz of Westminster; his brother Eric Stultz; and his close friend Helen Harris of Frederick. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
