She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Simms. She is survived by: her father Charles Simms of Westminster; her children, Patrick Cotter, Jr. (Kathy) of Westminster and Casey Smith of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Justin, Corey, Chase and Skyler.
