She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl J. Lynn and Irene Lynn (Young) of Westminster; and her husband Harold L. "Bud" McCloskey. She is survived by: her son Mitchell McCloskey (Susan) of Manchester; and her friends, Nick, Jeanne Zoulias of Westminster, Chris Moore of Abbottstown, Monica Fisher, Matt Spriggs of Fisher Tire, Amy, Wes Brown of Arbor Care, Crystal, Morgan and J. Gloss.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in Rosemary's memory can be made to the Carroll.
