Latva and Joseph V. Rivera; her children, Norman B. Latva (Patty) of Franklinton, NC., Louna S. Primm (Marcus Lee) of Westminster, MD and Carol L. Palmaccio; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lee Primm, Courtnay L. Linthicum of Greenville, SC., Megan L. Wittenberg of Frederick, MD, Norman B. Latva II (Ashley) of Monroe, NC, Edward L. Latva (Jennifer) of Tampa, FL, Anthony N. Black (Helen) of Malvern, PA, Michael J. Black of Haddonfield, NJ and John T. Kernan IV of Olney, MD.
