He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dalton Williams and Alice Robertson Williams Chauncey; his stepfather William J. Chauncey; and his sister Shirley Lipscomb. He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Williams; his children, Lucinda D. Williams of Hagerstown and Jay Williams of Falling Waters, WV; his grandchildren, Ronald J. Williams of Pikesville and Melissa Williams of Westminster; and his sister June Edwards of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
