Roland Phillips Stacks, Sr.; his daughters, Amy Elizabeth Stacks Lowman (Oliver Franklin Lowman, III) of Hampstead, Laura Anne Stacks Speier (Robert Stephan) of Glen Rock, PA and Erin Noel Stacks Flores (Edwin Flores) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Megan Cappucci (Dominic Cappucci), Chelsea Lowman, Nathan Lowman, Andrew Sarabia, Patrick Sarabia, Benjamin Flores, Matthew Flores and Victoria Stephan; his sisters, Michelle Keown of Ft. Myers, FL and Sarah Smithies of Flagstaff, AZ; and his son-in-law Odilon Sarabia.
