She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern L. Summers and Elzoe Roberta Hewett Summers; her siblings, Jefferson George Summers and Merrill Corliss Summers; her granddaughter Nicole Latham; and her great grandchild Lila Grace Ferrell.
She is survived by: her husband Billy "Bill" V. Douglas; her children, Teresa Wallis (Stephen) of Towson, Michele Douglas Howell (Laura) of Ellicott, Jill Heeter (Thomas) of Hampstead, Karen Latham (David) of Baltimore, Darren Douglas (John Panella, Jr.) of South Yarmouth, MA and Scott Douglas (Stacey Cramp) of South Portland, ME; her grandchildren, Andrew Wallis (Shawnah), Dr. Rachel Smith (Matthew), Hilary Ferrell (Paul), Nathan Wallis and Zachary Heeter; and her great grandchildren, Devan Wallis, Charlotte Ferrell, Noah Wallis, Kennedy Wallis and Cora Ferrell.
