He is survived by: his parent Vera Mabel Packard (Moulton); his spouse Barbara Ann Packard (Buschers); his sons, John George Packard (Lea) of Baltimore and David Arthur Packard of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen, Rachel and Daniel Packard.
