Packard (Westminster, Maryland), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 24, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leeman Foster and Vera Mabel Packard (Moulton); his spouse Barbara Ann Packard (Buschers); his sons, John George Packard (Lea) of Baltimore and David Arthur Packard of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen, Rachel and Daniel Packard.
