He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Piazza; his daughters, Donna (Rodney Baker), Gina (Rod Davidson), Christina (Rob Budde), Melinda (Ken Powers) and Amanda (Mike Wilhelm); his grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Rachael, Audrey, Hailey, Olivia, Josh, Blake, Avery, Genevieve, Juliette, Rylee and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Bella, Cassidy and Callie; and his siblings, Maria Allen, Joan Fox, Joseph Piazza (Linda), John Piazza (Shirley) and Terri Sanders (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
