He is survived by: his children, Robert Leppo (Bertha) of Westminster, Tom Leppo of Hanover, PA and Lisa Leppo of Westminster; and his sister Shirley Barnes of Westminster. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
