He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvano Garcia and Rachel Lanham. He is survived by: his wife Lynn D. Garcia; his children, Tracy Winder of Frederick and Wayne Winder (Jessica) of Dover, NH; his brothers, Steve Garcia (Vickie) of Virginia, Thomas Jones (Kathy) of Pasadena and Eddie Jones (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Veydah Winder, Zekyron Winder and Milo Escobar.
