He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph William Arbaugh; and his siblings, Ralph A. Arbaugh, Frances E. Arbaugh, Betty J. Haage and Shirley M. Snyder.
He is survived by: his parent Daisy May Stimax Arbaugh; his siblings, Harry L. of Westminster, John D. of Westminster, William L. Arbaugh of Westminster, Patricia A. Combs and Margaret L. Nikirk; and his friends, Ronnie Hoffman, Robin Lewis, Michael Parry, Jon Prince and Nancy Prince. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
